The annual barbecue takes place usually during the first half of June. It’s a chance to eat, drink, chat, meet up with friends old and new and enjoy the live music.
Open to non-members, the event is well attended and tickets tend to go quickly. So book in good time!
Help is also very welcome. We need contributions (salads, desserts, cakes, etc.), volunteers to serve food, to wash up, to move furniture, collect plates, look after the barbecue – well, you probably get the picture. There’s a chance to put your name down for one or more tasks on the booking form.
The 2026 barbecue takes place on Sunday 7 June at L’Escale, 78 rue du Dr François, 67000 Strasbourg starting at noon.
