Did you know you could experience the National Theatre of London productions captured live at your local cinema? Luckily one of the two places where this is possible in France is the Odyssée, 3 rue des Francs-Bourgeois, in Strasbourg. On Sunday, December 3rd, the film-club will take you to the screening of Peter Pan, a play which should appeal to both adults and children.
The show lasts 3h00 (with 20’ intermission). It starts at 5pm, so please make sure to meet Malika Radünz in the lobby early enough.
There is a possibility of getting tickets for 6,20 € (the normal price is 15€). If you would like to benefit from this reduced price, please express interest before 27/11 to Malika, using the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org (of course this entails you need to be sure of collecting and paying your ticket on the day of the event)
All children, except one, grow up… Captured live at the National Theatre, a recorded performance of JM Barrie’s much-loved tale screens in cinemas. When Peter Pan, leader of the Lost Boys, loses his shadow, headstrong Wendy helps him to reattach it. In return, she is invited to Neverland, where Tinker Bell the fairy, Tiger Lily and the vengeful Captain Hook await. A riot of magic, music and make-believe ensues.
