Reformation Tour – 30th September updated with email correction

In 1525 Strasbourg became the  centre of the reformation in Europe. Martin Bucer (originally from Selestat) was instrumental in the Reformation in Strasbourg.

In 1549 he was obliged to escape to England and was welcomed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and the King Henry VIII who were in favour of the Reformation.

Your tour will be the opportunity to know the men and the women who made the Reformation and the most important places where they worked, such as St Thomas’ Church.

Meet: In front  of the tourist office, 17 place de la Cathédrale – 1.45 for 2pm tour. Have your cash ready!
